Annual Maintanance Contract

Why AMC?

In today’s competitive era, quality is a prime factor. Quality output from any AC depends on unit’s repeat performance. To get repeat performance; maintenance is a key factor.

Type of AMCs
• Preventive
• Semi Comprehensive
• Comprehensive
Under the said AMC each unit will be provided Three (3) Services in a year. These services will be provided by Company’s engineer or through its authorized service centre during the validity of this Contract.

Coverage under different AMCs

i. PREVENTIVE
The routine servicing will cover the following:
• Checking operational performance parameters of Machine.
• Cleaning of blower, Condenser fan, Air filter, Evaporator coil, Condenser Coil & parts.
• Any extra Services other than what is mentioned in the contract would be on Chargeable basis.
However for more effective performance of the AC Unit, it is recommended that the air-filter of the unit must be cleaned regularly (at least on a fortnightly basis) by the Customer.

ii. SEMI-COMPREHENSIVE
Services mentioned in Preventive contract are covered under this contract other than that in case of repairs or replacement following components are covered under this contract:
(a) Fan Motor
(b) Louver Motor
(c) Gas Charging
(d) Capacitors & Relay
(e) Thermostat Switch
(f) Selector Switch.
(g) Air Filter
(h) Remote Control
(i) Fan & Blower
(j) PCB & Controller
The components other than those mentioned above like Sheet Metal Parts, Evaporator Coil, Condenser coil & plastic components such as front grill “D” Block, Air Deflectors, louvers, etc, are excluded from the scope of this contract.

ii. COMPREHENSIVE
Services mentioned in Semi Comprehensive contract are covered under this contract other than that in case of repairs orreplacement following components are covered under this contract:
(a) Fan Motor
(b) Louver Motor
(c) Gas Charging
(d) Capacitors & Relay
(e) Thermostat Switch
(f) Selector Switch
(g) Air Filter
(h) Remote Control
(i) Fan & Blower
(j) PCB & Controller
(k) Compressor

The components other than those mentioned above like Sheet Metal Parts, Evaporator Coil, Condenser coil & plastic components such as front grill “D” Block, Air Deflectors, louvers, etc, are excluded from the scope of this contract.
